The SOC watcher now triggers at cutoff_soc + 1% (discharge) / cutoff_soc - 1%
(charge). While HA is detecting the threshold and sending the reset, the
dispatch is still active and the battery is still meeting house load - so
no grid draw can occur during the transition window. The inverter never
reaches its own internal SOC limit and never enters the stuck dispatch state.
Battery stops approximately 1% above the configured cutoff instead of at it.
