The traj_prod file can be used to extract the frames randomly using pick_random_structures.py script_ener_force_1_UPDATED3.py is to be used with the data in New_folder.zip to calculate the RMS in energy and forces. orca_lammps_job.py shows parallelisation in ORCA and serial in lammps.
