Self-hosting is now documented: send0.dev/docs/self-hosting.

Changes

  • Docs: overview, Docker Compose walkthrough, Deploy to Cloudflare, configuration reference, mail setup and deliverability, and upgrades/backups/troubleshooting.
  • Docker: a bad SMTP_URL (missing port, smtp:// on 465, bad require_tls, bad encoding) is now reported with the other config problems at startup, without the password.
  • Docker: compose.yml no longer contains a build: block, so it works with only the three downloaded files.
  • Cloudflare: mx.cloudflare.net is always trusted for inbound authentication results; TRUSTED_AUTHSERV_IDS adds to it instead of replacing it.

Upgrade

Docker: set SEND0_VERSION=0.1.1 (or keep latest), then docker compose pull && docker compose up -d.
Cloudflare: copy the new files from send0-cloudflare over your copy, keeping your resource ids in wrangler.jsonc.

What's in it

  • The same API, MCP server, SDKs and dashboard as send0.dev
  • An inbound SMTP server that checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC and ARC itself
  • Outbound through any SMTP relay or Amazon SES
  • Real-time wait and event streams over Postgres (Docker) or Durable Objects (Cloudflare)
  • Webhooks with retries, signed download links, and send0 doctor for setup checks
  • Single-team mode: only OWNER_EMAIL can claim a fresh install, then invites only
