Claude Code UI

• Distinct avatar — warm orange gradient with ✦ sparkles icon (not the Codex icon)
• No rate-limit bars — Claude Code accounts don't use the Codex rate-limit API; replaced with a "Claude Code" label + token usage + cost
• Always green health dot — no rate-limit polling needed for Claude accounts
• No Codex restart on switch — switching to/from Claude accounts sends a notification instead of restarting Codex

Bug Fixes

• Claude login flow: opaque token fallback, correct profile capture, correct Keychain verification
• CLI path resolution via login shell (zsh -l) — finds ~/.local/bin/claude
• Reset button: confirmation dialog + all 4 cache files cleared + full immediate refresh
• Project costs: real input/output token split (was ~3x overestimated due to 50/50 assumption)
• Rate limit ETA: fixed window mismatch (5-hour API vs 7-day JSONL tokenUsage)
• Auto-switch: now only switches between accounts of the same AI provider
• Update button: always opens releases page (was silent when up to date)

2. Unzip → move to /Applications
