npm install github:sentnelops/sentnelops-node produced a package with no
dist/ (gitignored, no build-on-install) → import failed with
ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND. The prepare script builds after a git/tarball install
(devDeps are present during prepare), so installing straight from GitHub now
works. Verified by a clean consumer install.
