First public release of Firstlight — a local-first macOS app that monitors oncology research (ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, Europe PMC preprints, openFDA drug updates) and prepares source-backed briefings to bring to your oncology team.

  • Signed and notarized for macOS (Apple Silicon)
  • All data stays on your device; identifying fields encrypted at rest
  • Optional, de-identified AI assist via your own OpenRouter key (off by default)
