minius_codex_lab 1.1.0-beta.1

This is a backward-compatible minor beta pre-release for third-party testing
with synthetic, public, and de-identified data
. It supersedes
v1.0.0-beta.2 as the latest supported pre-release.

minius_codex_lab is an independent open-source project. It is not an
official product, system, service, or position of the Ministry of Justice of
Ukraine, OpenAI, or another government body. It does not guarantee legal
correctness. Every legally significant document requires qualified human
review and approval.

Install

Download all three assets:

  • minius_codex_lab-workspace-v1.1.0-beta.1.zip
  • minius_codex_lab-workspace-v1.1.0-beta.1.zip.sha256
  • minius_codex_lab-workspace-v1.1.0-beta.1.spdx.json (deterministic SPDX 2.3 SBOM)

Verify before extraction:

sha256sum -c minius_codex_lab-workspace-v1.1.0-beta.1.zip.sha256

On macOS:

shasum -a 256 -c minius_codex_lab-workspace-v1.1.0-beta.1.zip.sha256

On PowerShell, compare Get-FileHash with the first value in the checksum
file. Extract into a new standalone folder outside another Git repository,
then follow the extracted README.md. Do not overwrite an existing workspace.

Added in 1.1.0-beta.1

  • A thirteenth project skill, $format-monitoring-report, which applies the
visual profile and exact seven-section skeleton of a monitoring report to
content already approved by a human or an upstream research workflow.
  • A machine-readable JSON format contract for A4 geometry, typography, blue
title and section bands, footnotes, page numbering, and the terminal
    comparison table.
  • Safe authoring guidance that excludes research methodology, legal analysis,
content generation, copied source text, personal metadata, and unapproved
    official branding.
  • Synthetic contract tests and exact-inventory updates across validators,
runtime probes, documentation, and release packaging.

The reference DOCX is not included in source or release assets. The public
skill contains only distilled format rules and synthetic tests.

Known limitations

  • Use only synthetic, public, or de-identified data until the local Codex
smoke-test succeeds and organizational use is approved.
  • The format skill requires approved content for all seven sections. It does
not research sources, choose methodology, or write missing conclusions.
  • Automated tests validate the format contract and technical DOCX behavior,
not pixel-identical rendering in every Microsoft Word version.
  • Project trust and exact hook trust are user decisions and cannot be inferred
    from file presence or CI.
  • Existing workspaces require manual upgrade. Do not overwrite matters,
memory, logs, artifacts, or locally modified managed files.
  • Technical validation never establishes legal authority, currency,
    applicability, or correctness.
