  • #127 Support @PreviewWrapper: When invoking preview(), ComposablePreviewScanner automatically wraps the @Preview accordingly if annotated with @PreviewWrapper. No changes necessary
  • #109 Support getDisplayName() in @PreviewParameters: 
@Previews using PreviewParametersProviders that override getDisplayName(), default to those values instead of indexes. One can default to indexes by using AndroidScreenshotIdBuilder(preview).replaceDisplayNameWithIndex().
  • #116 :jvm & :common are deprecated and will be removed in 0.10.0. This should not be necessary anymore, since Compose Multiplatform deprecated common and Desktop preview in favour of Android @Previews. Please use Android @Previews and :android instead as stated in
 Compose Multiplatform support
  • #107 Support new Devices in @Preview: Pixel 10 collection + AI & XR Glasses + Wear OS XL Round


Breaking changes


Beware new screenshot file names: @Previews using PreviewParametersProvider will get new screenshot file names. If a getDisplayName() is defined, that will be used instead of the index by default. Even though you can still force indexes instead via .replaceDisplayNameWithIndex(), this new version will still add an _ before the index.


For instance:

pre 0.9.0: myName_preview0.png

0.9.0+: myName_preview_0.png
