Adds the one-command actual-Godot render, source attribution, one-parameter patch, same-trace replay, verifiable evidence bundle, five fail-closed reversals, product comparison, OSS governance files, and release checks. Verified locally with 913 passed and 94 explicit skips; GitHub Regression and home-path checks pass on the final commit.
