Ask Agent — new in-product assistant on every screen (⌘/Ctrl+K), page- and task-aware, streaming, per-turn model picker; Pro adds cross-repo search, memory, and approval-gated fixes.

Docker — three Dockerfiles collapsed into one with --target web|worker|pydeps; vendor CLIs no longer baked in (771 MB of a 1.9 GB image)

Agents/models — GLM-5.3 as the new GLM default; Codex backend hardened

UI — collapsible sidebar with persistence, host/user in the header, page-context registration, template git-flow default now Untracked.

Platform — Python floor raised to 3.14 with an actionable interpreter probe in setup-local.sh; start.ps1 fails loudly on dependency errors

Bugfixes
