• Added ixf bitable inspect/read and ixf bitable attach --dry-run for safe bitable metadata inspection and attachment upload planning across direct bitable, wiki bitable, and docx embedded bitable URLs.
• Added ixf bitable record create --dry-run and API-only --apply to create records from JSON input, upload attachment-field files, append to the current view by default, optionally restore top insertion with --insert-position top, and verify by clientvars readback.
• Kept ixf bitable attach --apply fail-closed until the existing-record update API contract is captured, preventing accidental docs/sheets misrouting.
