Fixed OKR write flag handling so --dry-run and --apply are rejected before input parsing, matching other write commands.
Tightened bitable attachment readback verification to require the uploaded attachment token, not just a matching file name.
Refreshed README command tables and bitable attach guidance to match the supported setup deps and attach --apply behavior.
