Two Windows-specific fixes from v0.1.0 install testing:

  • Multi-instance switch-to: clicking a vault already open in another instance now actually raises that window (previously just flashed the taskbar). Adds AllowSetForegroundWindow on the requesting side + SetForegroundWindow via ctypes on the receiving side.
  • Vault Init dialog: 'Enable 2-Factor Authentication' button restyled from filled-primary to outlined-secondary; no longer competes with the Create button.

No code changes for macOS; both fixes are sys.platform-gated.
