• Adds document templates ("charts") to Obsidian Local REST API as an API
  extension: deterministic, JSON-Schema-validated Markdown rendering registered
  on the host plugin's public API (no separate server).

• Adds MCP tools: template_list and template_render.
• Adds a zero-dependency Mustache-subset renderer with strict Ajv schema
