Fixes the NVDA Add-on Store crash caused by replacing NVDA's live add-on data manager singleton. The helper now refreshes through the existing manager after its initial fetch completes and preserves the original official or custom store URL across restarts. This repository release also expands validated direct-author discovery, keeps the mirror helper and Log Collector pinned, adds Spanish catalog coverage, and hardens ten-minute conditional update checks.
