Native libraries native-v0.1.0 (libvips 8.18.7)

Prebuilt libvips 8.18.7 for image_transform, repackaged unchanged from
sharp-libvips v1.3.4
(npm @img/sharp-libvips-<platform>@1.3.4, verified against the npm SHA-512 integrity
pinned in native/sharp_libvips.json).

The image_transform build hook downloads these files and verifies them against
native/manifest.json. Each <target>-build-info.json records the source package,
its integrity hash and the bundled component versions.

Licence: the libraries are LGPL-3.0-or-later (libvips and its LGPL
dependencies; other components keep their own licences, see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md).
The corresponding source is the sharp-libvips build recipe for v1.3.4
(sharp-libvips-v1.3.4-source.tar.gz, attached), which pins the upstream source
tarball of every component. image_transform's own Dart code is BSD-3-Clause.

Smoke-tested with the FFI conformance suite on macos-arm64, macos-x64, linux-x64,
linux-arm64, windows-x64 and windows-arm64. linux-musl-x64 and linux-musl-arm64 are
published but not smoke-tested (no Dart SDK for musl on GitHub runners).
