I'm trying to pick up one of these issues about timeouts in tests with the following search:

I know some tests have a related .ini file that declares an expectation about the test. But for some, I can't find where this expectation lives. For example, from your comment, the expectation is TIMEOUT and (or?) NOTRUN. Where is this expectation specified?

Also, should I expect this command to also fail intermittently on my local setup? I'm running the test with ./mach test-wpt tests/wpt/mozilla/tests/webgl/conformance-1.0.3/conformance/context/context-release-with-workers.html
