wpt: Correct the name of a __dir__.ini metadata file after #44232

This file was renamed incorrectly due to automated renaming of directory
contents.

Testing: This does not seem to change test results, but whether or not the
option in this __dir__.ini file is another issue.

Ah, I was confused with #19978 (/FileAPI/url/url-in-tags-revoke.window.html), but indeed that is a separate test entirely. I think this change still makes sense though -- as the tests must be failing for some other reason -- or the option is no longer necessary. I will try to address this in a followup.
