Gecko is producing display lists with empty ClipNodes

For some reason Gecko is producing display lists with out-of-sequence ClipId::Clip ids. This leads to empty ClipNodes. Chances are that this is an issue in WebRender since Gecko doesn't do anything special when assigning ClipIds.

I haven't seen this happening, do you have a test case?

Unfortunately I don't have a test case, so we can probably close this and re-open it if crops up again.
