Add a new "Localization and Translations" section (§19) describing the Crowdin-managed string pipeline: source of truth, the sync automation in session-shared-scripts, approved-only export, and the merge ordering required when shipping a text change. - Rename the modal variant .finalAppeal -> .ongoingAppeal and point it at
the new ongoingAppeal / ongoingAppealDescription string keys (new keys so
stale finalAppeal* translations can't resurface).
- Swap the confirm button to readMoreCapital ("Read More") to match Android.
- Replace the hero image (SessionHeroWeb.webp).
- Bump donationTriggersResetDate to re-trigger the modal for existing users.
- Bump version to 2.15.3 (build 722).
Note: the ongoingAppeal* string keys must land via the Crowdin sync PR
before this compiles (LintLocalizableStrings fails on missing keys).

The ongoingAppeal* keys are supplied by the Crowdin sync (#701); this PR includes those changes (needed for successful compilation).
Also updates ARCHITECTURE.md with translation generation details, which weren't mentioned at all.
