✨ 后端架构升级：后端工程目录改造为 st-cute-core 复合结构，引擎层（st-cute-engine）与宿主服务层（st-cute-service）分层抽离，内部分包重组与边界全面收敛。
✨ 工具体系治理：工具治理契约重构并引入域概念。
✨ 配置层级定版：配置体系升级为全局级/项目级/项目通用级三级层级并统一合并语义，支持子目录规则集递归装载。
✨ 消息体验优化：消息列表折叠算法下沉后端并支持范围查询，前端新增动态增量折叠引擎，优化助手消息长时间处理工具调用时的显示。
✨ 问题修复：修复超轮次后助手消息被覆盖、OkHttp 日志拦截器空指针、删除项目后会话选择异常、规约卡片按钮溢出等问题。
🛠️ 版本升级：项目版本号升级至 v0.2.0，数据库自动升级。⚠️ 注意：数据库结构不兼容旧版本，老版本用户请备份数据后全新安装。

base：不含 Java 环境，仅含 app.jar 程序文件。适合已有 Java 25+ 环境的用户，用 java -jar 启动。通过 web 访问。
bundle：内置 Java 环境和程序文件，解压后采用对应平台的 cmd/sh/command 脚本文件启动。通过 web 访问。
desktop：可视化的桌面壳，内置 Java 环境和程序文件，解压后双击可执行文件。直接通过桌面程序或 web 都可访问。【推荐】

✨ Backend Architecture Overhaul: The backend has been restructured into the st-cute-core composite layout, with the engine layer (st-cute-engine) and host service layer (st-cute-service) cleanly separated, along with repackaging and thorough boundary refinement.
✨ Tool System Governance: Tool governance contracts have been refactored with a domain concept introduced.
✨ Configuration Hierarchy: The configuration system now features a three-level hierarchy (global / project / project-shared) with unified merge semantics, plus recursive loading of rule sets from subdirectories.
✨ Messaging Experience: The message folding algorithm has been moved to the backend with range query support, a new incremental folding engine on the frontend, and improved rendering of assistant messages during long-running tool calls.
✨ Bug Fixes: Fixed assistant messages being overwritten after exceeding the round limit, a null-pointer issue in the OkHttp logging interceptor, abnormal session selection after project deletion, and button overflow in convention cards.
🛠️ Version Bump: Updated global project version to v0.2.0 with automatic database migration. ⚠️ Note: The database schema is incompatible with previous versions — existing users should back up their data and perform a fresh install.

base: No Java runtime included — only the app.jar file. For users who already have Java 25+ installed; launch with java -jar and access via the web.
