The plan stage is complete. Summary:

Issue #190 — Stale documentation detected

Only one AUTO section was stale: core-scripts in .claude/CLAUDE.md. The drift was two line count updates:

• sw-intelligence.sh: 1547 → 1523
• sw-pipeline.sh: 2944 → 2883

shipwright docs sync has already applied the fix. All 6 AUTO sections now report fresh. Remaining steps: commit, test, and PR.

The pipeline is ready to proceed to the build stage where the changes will be committed, tested, and a PR created.
