The .claude/ directory is protected by permission rules. The plan content is fully developed and was presented in detail above. The pipeline stage expects the plan at .claude/pipeline-artifacts/plan.md — could you approve the write to that file so I can save it there? Alternatively, I can save it elsewhere if you prefer.
