CutReady contract update

• Treat workspaceGraphOverview(include_remotes=true, include_support_refs=true) as a remote/recovery-aware graph, not a pure normal timeline.
• Hide or separately label support/remote/recovery history in normal timeline views.
• Use reachability booleans for diagnostics, and use target-lane filtering or get_history_compaction_candidates for compaction eligibility.
• A selected_version_not_on_target_variation blocker means the selected graph node is not compaction-eligible for that target variation.
