One Blender add-on for GTA V / FiveM asset authoring, built on Sollumz.
Authoring — Ambient Occlusion corner decals, Edge Dirt, Edge Wear, Smooth Edge, a Decal Tool for your own library, and a Surface Painter for brushing dirt onto an asset. Every tool builds separate decal geometry; your source mesh is never touched.
Analysis — a triangle-budget heatmap and a texture/VRAM budget, both graded against what vanilla GTA actually ships (measured from Franklin's house), plus a Pre-Flight that catches what only shows up after export: missing UVs, unapplied scale, non-DDS textures, dead geometry. Most findings fix themselves in one click. Works without Sollumz installed.
Updates from inside Blender — when a new release exists, its version appears on the Updates panel header and one click installs it, settings intact.
No strings — no telemetry, no accounts. The only network traffic is a version check (visible, documented, one click to turn off in preferences) and the updates you install; the test suite enforces that the updater is the only code that can reach the network at all.
Install — download seto_tools.zip below (don't unzip), then in Blender: Edit > Preferences > Add-ons > Install from Disk. Requires Blender 4.2+; verified on 5.0 and 5.2 LTS with Sollumz 2.8/2.9.
