PowerShell-Power-User-Module V0.5

CIM instead of hardcoded ID Counters.
"top" and "free" now work again.
Added new Function "netinfo", works like netstat -tulpn on linux. Can also add more filter, specify Port or ProcessName.
Tested on PS Version 7+
