First prototype release of hive, a viewer and editor for SFGA taxonomic archives.

• Terminal interface (hive view, hive edit) and web interface (hive serve)
• Validation with built-in rulesets (hive, clb, tw), switchable per archive
• Edits stamped with the editor's ORCID iD

This is early software: expect rough edges and changes between releases, and keep
backups of archives you edit. Binaries are not signed; see the README for
first-launch notes on macOS and Windows.
