clipHarbor v0.2.1

Installing

Download the .zip, extract it and run clipharbor.exe. There is no
installer.

The Windows warning

This executable is not digitally signed. On opening it, Windows
shows "Windows protected your PC" and reports the publisher as
unknown. To run it: More info -> Run anyway.

Without a signature, the hash is what confirms the download is this
build. Compare it against the contents of the .sha256 file:
