v3.7b2: Custom voice & extra payload support

Custom TTS Backend Support (fixes #55)

• Custom voice names - Use any voice name for custom TTS backends (not limited to OpenAI voices)
• Extra payload - Pass custom JSON parameters to TTS backends via the extra_payload field
• Example: extra_payload: '{"temperature": 0.8, "speaker_id": "custom"}'

Bug Fixes

• Fixed YAML parsing error in services.yaml
