v0.8.0 release candidate

From development build 2:

• Add support for PIRs as binary sensors and events through both I/O module and Mode Multi Sensor (both untested)
• Fixes incorrect version number in manifest

From development build 1:

• Add support for DMX lights (dimmable, (W)RGB and tuneable white)
• Add support for setting presets to DMX lights
  • Colour sequences are not yet supported
