MdLyx 0.1.1 — onboarding and library tooling
MdLyx 0.1.1 makes the public community edition practical to adopt independently.
Highlights:
- decision-oriented setup for the public demo, personal GitHub Pages hosting, local macOS use, and private GitHub/Render sync
- deterministic, network-free research-library initializer with optional local git initialization
- standalone validator for IDs, projects, links, anchors, tasks, result manifests, bibliographies, citations, and unsafe paths
- complete guides for library design, Pages hosting, Render and GitHub App sync, coauthor sharing, AI-assisted research, privacy, and troubleshooting
- automated starter-library browser acceptance, documentation-link checks, privacy scanning, and Render example validation
The public edition remains local-first. Static hosting never uploads local files or enables GitHub sync by itself.
MdLyx 0.1.0 — public community edition
MdLyx 0.1.0 is the first privacy-safe public community edition.
Highlights:
- local-first browser and Tauri editing
- live mathematics, citations, theorem/proof blocks, comments, project overviews, and dependency graphs
- generic sample library and comprehensive authoring/self-hosting documentation
- no bundled private library, account, analytics, credentials, or updater feed
- clean npm/Rust audits and full browser/macOS CI
This is a source release. The GitHub Actions run also produces an unsigned universal macOS development build; signed installers and automatic updates are not part of the public edition yet.
