Meetings Manager v0.7.00 is the first release of the module for Gibbon v31. It lets a small number of authorised staff define recurring meetings once and have Gibbon generate the correct native Calendar events - with the right participants, on the right dates - automatically, reusing Gibbon's own Calendar, timetable, staff, department, role, and Space data.

Highlights

• Added Meeting Definitions covering Once, Selected Dates, Weekly, and School Timetable Cycle recurrence, resolved against real school year, term, closure, and Tie Days to Dates data
• Generates and keeps in sync native Gibbon Calendar events, with Internal (Space-based) or External locations
• Added a full audience rule engine - All Teaching Staff, All Staff, Year Group, Department, Department Coordinator, Role, Specific Staff, and - Exclude Individual - re-resolved on demand via Refresh Participants
• Added Preview with per-date and per-participant control before anything is written to the Calendar, including two-way manual date overrides to force a date in or out independent of school closures or non-school days
• Added Cancel / Move / Change Time / Restore actions for individual generated occurrences, without affecting the rest of the series
• Split management into Manage Meetings_all (any meeting) and Manage Meetings_my (own meetings only), so Teachers can be granted self-service access without full Administrator rights
• Added Archive / Unarchive for meeting series, preserving full history
• Added Draft / Published / Archived status indicators on the meeting list
• Added a dedicated Settings page to configure the Calendar Event Type used for generated meetings
