• Faster and more reliable conversion on GNOME Wayland: WordWrap now waits until the clipboard really holds its data before sending Ctrl+Insert / Ctrl+V. The first copy attempt no longer loses a race with wl-copy (about 0.4 s saved per conversion), and a paste can no longer insert stale clipboard content.
• If the clipboard cannot be updated, the paste is cancelled, the layout is left as is and the clipboard is restored.
• Settings: a hotkey without a regular key (for example Ctrl+Alt) is rejected with an explanation instead of being saved and silently not working.
• clipboard_settle_ms now defaults to 0 (it is an optional extra delay). Existing configs keep their value; set it to 0 for the faster path.

WordWrap 0.3.2

Reliability release after a full code review. No new hotkeys; everything below is about
conversions landing correctly.

Fixed

• Layout did not switch after a conversion: GNOME Shell 46 ignores
  org.gnome.desktop.input-sources current and reading it back only echoed our own write.
  The real active source is now read from mru-sources, so the Super+Space fallback fires
  whenever it is actually needed.
• Browser / slow apps: the first Ctrl+Insert copy could be missed while the hotkey's
  Ctrl was still physically held, and the word-selection fallback then converted only part
  of the selection. WordWrap now waits for the modifiers to be released, polls the clipboard
  instead of sleeping a fixed time, and retries the copy before falling back.
• Selecting text that is identical to the clipboard contents was treated as "nothing
  selected" (a private marker is used now instead of comparing with the saved clipboard).
• A second hotkey press during a conversion no longer interleaves with it.
• Terminal mode clears PRIMARY after use, so a stale selection from another window cannot
  wipe the current input line on the next press.
• Missing punctuation in the en-ru and en-uk maps: / . ? , @ # $ ^ & now convert
  (ghbdtn? rfr ltkf& -> привет, как дела?).
• "Restore clipboard" setting had no effect; an image clipboard was replaced with garbage
  text (now cleared instead).
• Installer created both a systemd unit and an autostart entry (two instances racing at
  login); debian/rules referenced a renamed file.

Changed

• Settings -> Behavior: terminal erase mode (whole line / by word / backspace). Use
  backspace for TUI prompts such as Claude Code.
• Tray tooltip explains when hotkeys are unavailable (user not in the input group).
• Removed dead code (non-functional AT-SPI probe, KDE probe, unused config keys).
• Version is defined once in sgk_wordwrap/__init__.py.

WordWrap fixes text typed in the wrong keyboard layout on GNOME / Wayland -
select the mistyped text, press a hotkey, and it is rewritten through the
correct layout while the system layout switches to match.

Known limitations

• GNOME on Wayland only (X11/KDE code exists but is untested).
• Does not work inside full-screen TUIs (the Claude Code prompt, vim, tmux).
• Password-field detection is best-effort on Wayland.
