Single parametrized test class in test_retrieval.py that opens the sample v3 VCZ directory via each of local / fsspec / obstore / icechunk and asserts VczReader returns the same first two variants. Closes the gap that fsspec was never exercised through VczReader and gives one canonical place to confirm all four backends agree.
