RAG-BenchLab 0.1.1

• The model-config connectivity check now retries past short "silent
  windows" (endpoint accepts the request, then sends nothing for ~10 s)
  instead of failing the save with a ReadTimeout. Bounded by a 30 s total
  deadline, so a dead endpoint still reports quickly.
• UI screenshots added to the READMEs.
