Describe the bug

It wouldn't be bad if when exiting an application the proxy settings were automatically disabled, where 1080 port where prescribed in Windows OS. Some applications do not work with internal PAC Prox enabled.

Environment

• Shadowsocks client version:
• OS version: Windows 11 Dev
• .NET version: 8.0

What did you expect to see?

I thought it would close itself and the applications would work when the shadowsicks server was down.

What did you see instead?

local host PAC settings enabled

Config and error log in detail (with all sensitive info masked)
