-Fixed a bug where the game crashes if the player is shot by a mob with the storm enchantment
-Rebalanced tools and weapons to more closely align with vanilla stats
-Lapis and Redstone tools are now repaired using bluestone and hardened redstone
-Lapis tools are now crafted with bluestone instead of requiring redstone tools
-Changed tool handle recipe to integrate grass fiber into progression
