Patch release fixing the silent first-launch defect from v0.1.0.

Changes

  • Displays a setup and preparation window immediately when double-clicked.
  • Shows menu-bar waveform state before model download completes.
  • Handles permissions visually without requiring Terminal.
  • Displays model preparation activity.
  • Keeps running on recoverable failures and shows Try Again.
  • Adds Open System Settings and Setup & Diagnostics actions.
  • No longer silently exits because of Globe or Fn keyboard setting state.
