v0.1.0: first playable build

First playable build. You need your own disc image of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 for Xbox 360 (USA/Europe); this download contains no game files.

Install: extract the zip to a normal folder such as C:\Games\SVR2011, open SVR 2011.exe, choose your .iso, then Set up game files. After a few minutes, choose Play. The README has the full steps.

Tested: One on One matches with entrances, finishers and cutscenes, backstage brawls and menus, at 60 FPS on Windows 11 with an AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT.

Not tested yet: other match types, Create modes, Road to WrestleMania, Universe and online. These may crash; use Bug report in the launcher and attach the zip to an issue.

Known behavior: the first time a move or arena appears, there can be a short hitch while shaders are prepared. Turn off FPS limiters such as RivaTuner for this game.
