Original MoonBit reciprocal diffraction kernel: bounded Miller reflections, constant-scatterer complex amplitudes, seven translational centerings, Bragg accessibility, powder groups/profiles, matching and sensitivities. Three executable workflows. All four CI targets pass 24 test groups and a 496-case independent Cartesian oracle. Conservatively 20 qualifying development commits; later evidence commits excluded. Source release only; new MoonCakes package not published. No CIF parsing, element tables, refinement, or organizer acceptance claim.
