🔔 Notification Overlay

Replaces balloon tips with a modern dark translucent overlay notification:

• Appears centered in the upper quarter of the active monitor
• Uses Segoe UI Variable Display (Win11 native font) with fallback to Segoe UI
• Win11 rounded corners and Mica Alt backdrop
• Auto-sizes width to fit content (300–520px), with ellipsis for very long window titles
• Click-through, non-activating, fades out after 1.5 seconds
• Shows action feedback: → Virtual Desktop, ← Restored, 📌 Pinned, ⚠ Elevated Window

📌 Pin to All Desktops

Pin any window so it appears on every virtual desktop:

• Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P — toggles pin/unpin on the active window
• Also available via the system tray right-click menu
• Uses the IVirtualDesktopPinnedApps COM interface (stable GUID across all Win11 versions)
• Great for keeping reference windows (docs, chat, music) visible while using maximize-to-desktop for focus work
