Slimming release: the plugin stops policing host projects.

Changed

  • Removed the block-stray-scripts hook and its project-specific allowlist — ccx no longer vetoes where scripts live in the host project; it only manages the scratch notebook.
  • Redesigned the ccx icon: transparent mono wordmark that works in both light and dark themes.

CI

  • announce-release now fails soft when the BLOG_DISPATCH_TOKEN secret is absent, so a release never shows a red X for a missing optional notification.
