The unchanged retrieval-quality ruler passed 60/60 held-out cases with mean 99.783333, median 100, p10 100, and minimum 95. Local Go, race, vet, Python, Rust, Node, lane-boundary, installer, response, and exact-tree gates passed.\n\nThe attached DMG, MSI, and Linux bootstrap were built locally from tag v4.0.11 at commit 488b0b7. They are not code-signed, notarized, or Gatekeeper-attested. SHA-256, release manifest, and SPDX SBOM assets are included.
