Stable Release 1

I have significantly reduced the features, most did not work anyway.

I removed code related to:

• the background images for folders (didnt work)
• explorer pane subclassing/hooking (didnt work)
• ui glow elements (only 2 things worked and didnt work well)

the reason for this was to resolve all of the crashing issues, before it was very difficult to get explorer to stay open for more than an hour at a time.

now it doesnt crash :D
