Initial experimental MVP.

This release contains the NVDA add-on package for reading caption text exposed by YouTube through the browser accessibility tree.

Highlights:

  • Reads changing YouTube captions, including translated captions when exposed by the browser.
  • Activates only on YouTube watch and Shorts pages.
  • Includes NVDA+Shift+Y to toggle automatic reading.

This is an early prototype. Browser, YouTube, and NVDA changes may require updates.
