Pokies, blackjack, and tic-tac-toe (Go + Rust) are casual social rooms:
when everyone leaves, the room should close — their own specs have
always said so. Kit v2.7.0's Lifecycle declaration gives the platform
the signal: no hibernation snapshot, no Resume-menu entry, while the
abandonment grace still covers reconnect blips mid-hand. Kit pins
bumped to v2.7.0 (Go modules + the Rust crate tag).
