v1.9.3

What's Changed

• Clients: a ShadowTLS detour in the client tab's Dial options, so a Shadowsocks inbound can ride a ShadowTLS one in the JSON and Clash subscriptions (#255)
• TLS: client certificate and key, with a generate button, for OpenConnect and OpenVPN endpoints
• TLS: server CA and server fingerprints for OpenConnect and OpenVPN endpoints
• TLS: require client certificates on an OpenVPN server endpoint
• OpenVPN: data ciphers and a fallback cipher
• Subscriptions: external XHTTP nodes keep their XHTTP settings in the Clash subscription
