tritonIngest 0.4.3

detect_layout() now recognises plural parameter/value column names (results, values, analytes, ...) and trims whitespace from column names before matching. A real ALS export uses Results as its value column and pads the Analyte header; these previously missed the long-format vocabulary and, with two or more numeric columns present, were misread as wide -- dropping the analyte column. Removes the need for the water-chemistry-qaqc interim guard. (#5)
