Fixed

  • Untracked symlinks to directories are now listed and staged correctly. Previously git hunk list --untracked-only and git hunk add --all skipped symlink entries like .claude/commands -> ../.agents/commands because git diff --no-index /dev/null <path> treated the symlink target as a directory.
