Masjic Connect ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
- Precise Location: We collect your device's GPS coordinates to find nearby mosques and display them on the map.

Purpose: Location data is used solely to:
- Show your current position on the map
- Search for mosques within a 5km radius of your location
- Calculate distances to nearby prayer locations
- Storage: Location data is processed in real-time and is NOT stored on our servers. It remains on your device only.
We use Google Maps Services to:
- Display interactive maps
- Show mosque locations with custom markers
- Search for places using Google Places API
- Provide autocomplete functionality for place searches
Google's privacy practices are governed by their Privacy Policy.
- We do NOT collect or store personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- We do NOT track your browsing history or app usage patterns
- We do NOT collect device identifiers for tracking purposes
- We do NOT store your search history
- We do NOT share your location data with third parties (except Google Maps API for functionality)

Android Permissions:
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION,ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION - Purpose: To determine your current location and find nearby mosques
- Control: You can revoke this permission anytime through your device settings, but the app will not function without it
- Purpose: To fetch mosque data from Google Places API and display prayer times
- Note: Required for core app functionality
We use the following third-party services:
- Service: Google Maps SDK, Google Places API
- Purpose: Map display, location search, and place information
- Data Shared: Your location coordinates (temporarily for API requests)

- Purpose: Maps, location services, and app infrastructure

- All API communications are performed over HTTPS
- No sensitive data is stored locally on your device
- Location data is never logged or retained after use

Masjic Connect does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for general audiences and does not target children.
We do NOT retain any user data because:
- Location data is processed in real-time only
- No user accounts or profiles are created
- No personal information is collected
You have the right to:
- Deny or revoke location permissions at any time
- Uninstall the app, which will immediately stop all data processing
- Contact us with any privacy concerns
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Currently, Masjic Connect does NOT use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. We do not collect usage statistics or behavioral data.
The app uses Google's global infrastructure. Data processing occurs in accordance with Google's data processing terms and applicable data protection laws.

Note for Google Play Store: This app requires location permissions to provide core functionality (finding nearby mosques). Location data is processed locally and in real-time only through Google Maps API. No user data is collected, stored, or shared beyond what is necessary for map functionality.
